Jason G.

Jason was diagnosed young in his life with Congenital Heart & Lung defects.

He was from Appleton, WI, was married and has 1 young daughter

His request was for him and his family to take a trip to Florida to visit friends and go to Disney World in which they got to do in September 2016.

Jason lost his battle on May 9th, 2017 at the age of 42

Randy B.

Randy was diagnosed stage 4 Small Cell Lung Cancer June 2016

Randy lived in Oshkosh with his wife and her 2 children

His request was simple, a weekend away at a lodge in the WI Dells with his family and friends, which they enjoyed in November of 2016.

Randy lost his battle on December 1st, 2016 at the age of 53

“Material things no longer mattered. It was about family and friends, spending as much time as possible together. The only thing we could do was to give him time with his family, extended family, and friends. Time where he could share memories with them. Time to reminisce about treasured memories. Katie D.

Katie was diagnosed a second time with Metastatic Breast Cancer in 2016. She was recommended as a recipient by our Secretary, Amber, who has followed her on Twitter for over 5 years.

Katie lives in Ontario, Canada with her husband and is a huge advocate for young women dealing with breast cancer by writing blogs, speaking publicly and raising money for cancer research.

Katie’s request was to attend a retreat at Sundara Inn and Spa in WI Dells, which Amber and Amy (with the foundation) had the honor to pick her up and take her to in May 2017

Renae H.

Renae was diagnosed with Anaplastic Astrocytoma (terminal brain cancer) February 2016

Renae is 36, is married, has 2 young daughters, and had previously worked as a nurse at St. Elizabeth’s, Mercy Oakwood Center and Calumet Medical Center.

Renae’s request was to have a Vow Renewal and Reception; Her husband and her never had a wedding as they were married in a courthouse due to his service with the National Guard. Renae worked with Amy (with the foundation) who helped her plan her day in January 2017.

Josh F.

Josh was diagnosed with recurrent testicular cancer in September 2016

Josh is 26, lives in New London WI, is an avid soccer fan, enjoys fishing and spending time with friends and family.

Josh’s request was to attend an English Premier soccer game between his and his best friends team, with his best friend. They were able to attend this in February 2018.

Christina M.

Christina is a native of California and was referred to the foundation from a former recipient, Katie.

Christina was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer in October of 2014.

Katie is married, has 3 children and is a law student.

Her request is to have her family experience a dude ranch, in which she and her family will be going this coming May.
